The shell of No.7 was completed in November last year, but the design team and fit-out team were diverted to work on No. 3 and No. 5 for their respective purchasers. With No. 3 and No. 5 now complete, work can begin on the fit-out of No. 7. The bathrooms, kitchen and fitted furniture have been designed, and detailed drawings produced. Plumbing and electrical work is due to start in the house later this month.
Work is progressing quickly on No. 9 and the steel-framed roof will start going on before the end of February.
With the drawing work complete on No. 9, the design team is now turning their attention to No. 1. The shell has been complete for some time and work has now started on the detailed design, following some amendments to the internal layout. The Ground Floor has been reconfigured to incorporate a Library and a mezzanine has been introduced to provide 'bed decks' in Bedrooms 2 & 3. these secondary sleeping areas will be accessed via a ladder from the bedrooms.
