The end of 2013 proved to be a busy time on site and there have been many noticeable changes.
The entrance gates have been installed and are now operational, providing a greater level of security to the residents of Delamere Gardens.
The right hand branch of the road has been topped with its final layer of tarmac, which completed phase one of the site.
Work has started on the foundations of No. 9, which is the last home to be built as part of the second phase of the site. Phase three comprises No. 13A, Fixby Road which has access directly from Fixby Road.
No.3 Delamere Gardens was completed in December, and the purchasers moved in just in time for Christmas. One17 ID were employed by the purchasers to provide a full interior design service, including additional built-in-furniture, general furniture and soft furnishings.
